Course Reserves (Course Materials)

Lectures can place materials on reserve for any current course they are teaching.

Course reserves are course-related materials, either electronically or physically. Items that may be on reserve for a course include: books, articles, videos, theses, textbooks, VCDs/DVDs, book chapters, journal articles, a particular part of documents, etc.

Each particular course may have a maximum of 10 items can be reserved.

Notes: The actual process time may vary depending on each request.

Processing duration

• Reserve requests should be submitted at least 02 weeks before the beginning of the course.
  Additional reserve request can be submitted during the course.
• Request will be processed in chronological order.
• For each request, please allow up to 07 working days for processing before notifying students of availability.

Permanent Reserve Materials

• Library also has permanent reserve materials.
• These materials include: syllabus, theses, dissertations, academic products, conference proceedings, etc. which are created by campus community and the University owns those scholarly works’ copyright.
• All other print and non-print materials, will be removed from the reserve collection at the end of the semester or session (after the last day of finals) unless another removal date is specified.
