January 6, 2023 - The delegation of the General Sciences Library of Ho Chi Minh City including 10 members, led by Mr. Vinh Quoc Bao - Deputy Director visited TDTU Library. On behalf of TDTU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Loan Thuy - manager of TDTU INSPiRE Library warmly welcomed the delegation.
This visit aimed to provide the staff of the General Sciences Library with the ideas about space renovation and library activities to serve readers in their upcoming smart library project.
The delegation started the visit by taking the library tour to sightsee functional areas at the TDTU Library, its layout and design style of spaces for study, research and entertainment that served the members of TDTU library user community. Library services, automation equipment, software systems for users and managers, organizational structure of TDTU Library were also in the discussion. In the spirit of openness and friendliness, the two sides exchanged experiences in designing library, operating and developing services and facilities to meet user needs.
The visit ended successfully, contributing to the relationship between the TDTU Library and the General Sciences Library of Ho Chi Minh City.
