The Journey to the East, as its name suggests, is about a journey, but coincidentally, during the process of reading this book, the reader also feels as if embarking on a journey... It could be likened to Journey to the West with its 81 tribulations; not everyone can patiently traverse that path. Even if one completes the journey without attaining enlightenment, it's still difficult to truly comprehend the "essence of scriptures". Personally, I also feel that there are many things in the book that I haven't been able to grasp or resonate with. So, what does The Journey to the East entail?
