On the afternoon of May 25, 2022, the delegation of leaders, officials and lecturers of the People's Security University led by Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Xuan Tuy - Director of the People's Security University visited and collaborated with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).
Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Acting President of Ton Duc Thang University and leaders of faculties and functional units welcomed the delegation.
At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Xuan Tuy expressed his delight at the close and developing relationship between the two universities. He highly appreciated the achievements that TDTU has achieved in its 25-year development journey, and emphasized that the strengthening of exchange activities is of great significance in implementing the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding, which the two universities signed recently.
Dr. Tran Trong Dao shared: “With the common goal of contributing to the development of the country’s education, the combination of strengths of the two universities will enable both sides’ parallel growth. TDTU is willing to share practical experiences of its university administration work, and also looks forward to learning the best practices of the People's Security University.”
At the end of April 2022, at the University of People's Security, the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with great practical significance. This Memorandum will serve as a premise for cooperation activities between the two sides in management, training and scientific research. Through the working session, the two sides have adamantly affirmed that they will continue to strengthen, consolidate and elevate the cooperative relationship, through mutual support in accordance with the conditions of each university.
Furthermore, in the working session, the delegation was given a tour of some typical TDTU campus facilities such as Inspire Library, Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS), Sports complex, and the Dormitories.
At the end of the working session, the two universities held a friendly sports exchange at TDTU Stadium.
