On September 25, 2019, Nong Lam University’s Delegation: Mr. Nguyen Trong The, Head of Administration Department; MSc. Dang Kien Cuong, Head of Student Affairs Department, Director of Student Support and Business Relations Center; MSc. Vo Ngan Tho, Head of the Testing and Quality Assurance Department; and Mr. Nguyen Bao Quoc, Director of the Library came to visit and exchange their experience in university administration with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).
After taking a tour around the whole campus, the Delegation showed the guests an overview of TDTU's facilities: The Inspire library, Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS), Dormitory, Canteen, Sports complex, and National Defense field.
The members of the Delegation all duly noted that TDTU is deserving of its reputation as a successful model for effective, autonomous university governance and professionalism in the activities and behavior of each officer and lecturer. The Delegation also expressed a strong degree of admiration for TDTU's culture when witnessing the politeness and discipline of the students.
The Director of Inspire Library introduced the library services to the delegation, as well as the university cultural features at TDTU; in addition, she affirmed that TDTU is always ready to share with Nong Lam university its own practical experience.
Both delegations hope to continue this practice of exchange with the goal of jointly contributing to the development of Vietnam’s university system in the future.
