1. Objectives

• To promote and educate revolutionary traditions, thereby strengthening students’ political awareness, ideological understanding, and civic responsibility in commemoration of the Founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (03 February).

• To introduce and enhance the value of the Library’s existing collections related to the Communist Party of Viet Nam, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and major political and historical events of the nation.

• To encourage students to access academic and political resources through a visually engaging book display combined with online activities, thereby fostering reading culture as well as self-learning and research capacity.

2. Time and Venue

• Time: From 15 January to 28 January 2026.

• Venue: Level 1 – Library.

3. Program Content

• Introducing selected books and key materials on the formation and development of the Communist Party of Viet Nam; Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style; important political and historical events; and the country’s achievements throughout different periods under the Party’s leadership.

• For selected highlighted materials, the Library applies Augmented Reality (AR) technology on book covers, enabling users to scan and access multimedia content such as videos introducing related historical figures and events connected to the book’s theme.

• Materials are selected from the Library’s existing resources to ensure authenticity, academic value, and suitability for students. The display is organized by themes and includes brief guidance and orientation to support users in effectively approaching and utilizing the resources.
