Course Materials Collection is the collection developed based on the syllabuses of each specific course and the requirements of the course instructors. Printed course materials are organized in a separate section located on the Fourth Floor and compiled into a systematic database with a specialized online search system. This system supports instructors and students in accessing materials for a specific class (by course and instructor).

How to Use Course Materials

  1. Search for materials by course using the Course Material Search Module on the Library Information Portal.
  2. Determine the format and usage policy for each specific material:
    • Printed materials: Locate the material and verify its status in the collection.
    • Digital/electronic materials: Identify the usage policy for digital/electronic materials (view or download).
  3. Complete the borrowing procedure for printed materials.
  4. Use the materials responsibly.
  5. Return the materials on time and to the correct location (for printed materials).

Usage Conditions

  • Users must be granted access to printed library materials and have an account to access the Library Information Portal for digital/electronic materials.
  • Priority for using materials is given to those currently enrolled in the respective course.

Usage Policy

Digital/Electronic Materials: Viewing and downloading are restricted to the university's internal network, except in special cases with approval from Library Leadership.
