In celebration of the historic Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975), the “April 30 Moments” Contest is organized to promote traditional values, inspire patriotism and national pride, and foster students’ appreciation of peace at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).

Through creative photo and short-video submissions, the contest encourages students to engage with history in a more accessible and contemporary way, while connecting their real-life experiences at the Historical & Political Space with the books, materials, and exhibitions available at the Library.

1. TIME

• Submission period: From April 17 to 11:59 PM, May 10, 2026 (extended to May 17, 2026).
• Engagement period: Based on the time when the Organizing Committee finalizes the engagement data.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• All students currently enrolled at Ton Duc Thang University.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

🔹 Step 1: Take a Photo or Record a Video

• Your submission must include a photo taken at the “Proud of Vietnam” Check-in Corner (Historical & Political Space, 1st Floor – Library).
• Experience the AR activity at this location:
  • Use the Artivive web/app to scan the displayed A4 poster.
  • Save at least one screenshot of your AR experience to submit to the Organizing Committee.

🔹 Step 2: Post Your Entry

• Photo: Post on your personal Facebook account.
• Video: Post on your personal TikTok account.
• Requirements:
  • The post must be set to “Public.”
  • Do not include AR screenshots/images in the contest post.

🔹 Step 3: Ensure Your Entry Meets the Requirements

• Write a short caption that expresses pride, shares an inspiring story about a TDTU student on the day of national reunification, or reflects on books/materials related to April 30 displayed at the Library.

🔹 Step 4: Submit the Contest Confirmation Form

• Students must provide the Organizing Committee with:
  • Screenshot of their AR experience
  • Link to their contest entry

4. JUDGING CRITERIA

• Idea & creativity: 40%
• Photo/video quality: 30%
• Message & significance: 20%
• Engagement: 10%

5. PRIZES & BENEFITS

• 01 “Most Impressive Photo” Prize: VND 600,000
• 01 “Most Inspiring Video” Prize: VND 600,000
• 01 “Most Popular Entry” Prize: VND 600,000
• 02 “Faculty with the Most Contest Entries” Prizes: VND 500,000/prize
• Students’ participation in the contest will be recognized in accordance with the Regulations on Evaluating Training and Development Results for Full-Time Undergraduate Students.

6. NOTES

• There is no limit to the number of entries each student may submit.
• A separate confirmation form must be completed for each entry.
• Entries must comply with Vietnamese cultural values and community standards.
• The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for copyright disputes.
• The decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
