The common voice for the urgent need of university autonomy in Vietnam has been raised by those who have devoted their whole life to the education sector.

On November 14, 2019, INSPiRE Library of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) welcomed the Delegation of Thuongmai University Library (headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Diep, Deputy Director of the Library) come to visit and learn how to build and implement Library activities.

On November 12, 2019, the INSPiRE Library welcomed a delegation Thai Nguyen University Library to visit and exchange experiences.
