From April 21 to April 22, 2025, the INSPiRE Library successfully organized the program “Digital Reading Experience” under the theme “Smart Reading – Respect Copyright”. The event was held in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21) and World Book and Copyright Day (April 23), attracting a large number of students and lecturers to visit and participate.

The program aimed to raise awareness about reading culture in the digital age, encouraging students to explore modern reading technologies and understand the importance of copyright protection. The message “Smart Reading – Respect Copyright” was emphasized throughout the event, promoting respect for authors' rights and the legal use of digital resources.

During the event, students had the opportunity to try out advanced e-reading devices such as Kindle, Kobo, and Boox. These tools help improve concentration, reduce eye strain, and optimize the reading experience. In addition, the program introduced popular e-reading apps and provided guidance on how to access academic digital resources legally.

The success of the program sets the stage for TDTU Library to continue organizing similar activities in the future, spreading a culture of reading and enhancing copyright awareness among the student community. At the same time, the Library encourages students to make effective and legal use of academic digital resources, contributing to a civil, modern, and knowledge-rich learning environment.

The digital reading experience program, themed “Smart Reading – Respect Copyright” was not only a meaningful event in the framework of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, but also a testament to Ton Duc Thang University’s ongoing efforts to promote reading culture and copyright awareness among students.
