He noted that this professional exchange session is a clear demonstration of those efforts, reflecting the substantive cooperation and shared commitment of the three units to advancing library development during the digital transition.

The program included presentations on digital transformation in the library sector, connection models for libraries in specialized fields, digital resource management systems, and unified search solutions for licensed electronic resources. The content focused on analyzing the requirements of digital transformation, mechanisms for linking libraries with sector-specific characteristics, approaches to developing digital resource systems, and strategies for enhancing the use of electronic academic resources.

During the discussion session, representatives from the three institutions and invited experts exchanged views on organizing library personnel in the context of digitalization, methods for resource-sharing, and directions for cooperation aligned with each institution's development priorities.
