On July 4, 2025, the Information and Library Center of Hong Bang International University (HIU) organized a working visit to TDTU INSPiRE Library to see its operational model, technological applications, and to exchange experiences in modern academic library management.

Representing TDTU INSPiRE Library to welcome and work with the delegation were Mr. Trinh Phi Cuong, M.A. – Acting Director of the Information and Library Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, M.A. – Deputy Director, along with the heads of the library’s functional departments.

The HIU delegation was led by Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyet, M.A. – Deputy Director of the Information and Library Center, and included Dr. Nguyen Cong Trung – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Tran Van Hung – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Ms. Tieu Tu Man, M.A. – Lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mr. Trinh Quan Dung, M.A. – Secretary of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, and Mr. Le Hoang Vu – Staff Member of the Information and Library Center.

During the program, the delegation toured TDTU INSPiRE Library to explore its learning spaces, facilities, management model, and user services. Representatives of TDTU Library provided an overview of the library’s operations, emphasizing its open and user-centered development model, as well as the strong integration of information technology and digital transformation in all activities supporting learning, teaching, and research.

The working session that followed focused on autonomous university library management models, technology applications in resource management and access, digital resource development policies, and communication and reading culture promotion. Both sides also shared experiences on linking and utilizing international academic resources, as well as developing information literacy training programs for faculty and students.

The visit of the Hong Bang International University Information and Library Center to TDTU INSPiRE Library was a meaningful professional exchange, helping to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the two educational institutions. The event also opened new opportunities for collaboration in research, library service development, and digital transformation in higher education.
