On February 15, 2022, THE World University Rankings announced the list of the world’s best young universities in 2022. Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) was ranked 98th out of 790 universities.

The ranking results of the world's most sustainable universities in 2021 were announced by the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking (UI GreenMetric) on December 14, 2021.

Programs accredited and certified by FIBAA include: Labor Relations, Urban and Regional Planning, Sociology, Vietnamese Studies - majoring in Tourism and Tourism Management.

On the morning of November 19, 2021, Ton Duc Thang University celebrated the 39th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day.

Director of Truth National Political Publishing House congratulated all TDTU lecturers on the occasion of November 20.
