Chulalongkorn University Library and TDTU INSPiRE Library officially established the partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in 2019 and have implemented the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding in many specific activities.

TDTU INSPiRE Library collaborated with Nanhua University Library (Taiwan) and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in HCMC to organize the Reading Day 2023 - Traveling through Books to celebrate the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21) and World Book and Copyright Day (April 23).

The TDTU Reader Conference of school year 2022-2023 was held by TDTU INSPiRE Library to celebrate Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21) as well as brought an opportunity for library - readers discussion on related issues to improve the library's service.

To celebrate the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), TDTU INSPiRE Library and Phuong Nam Bookstore organized the scholastic book fair for literary development themed "Books for me, for you" from April 17 to April 21, 2023.

The delegation visited INSPiRE Library and had a discussion with the heads of INSPiRE Library, International Cooperation, Research and Training Institute, the Center for Vietnamese Studies and language, and Korean students who were studying at the Center.

The virtual workshop “How to effectively exploit the Web of Science” hosted by TDTU INSPiRE Library and Clarivate aimed to help explore how to effectively apply search strategies and techniques to its online databases and other featured tools.
