As part of its orientation toward expanding cooperation with publishing and book distribution organizations to enhance the quality of learning and research resources, on March 19, 2026, TDTU INSPiRE Library held a meeting with Saigon Books Joint Stock Company (Saigon Books).

Attending the meeting on behalf of INSPiRE Library were Mr. Trinh Phi Cuong – Acting Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong – Deputy Director, along with library staff members. Representing Saigon Books were Ms. Phan Thi My Linh – Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Truong Truc Mai – Director of Business Project Development.

During the meeting, both parties discussed library operations, the academic resource needs of students and lecturers, as well as current trends in resource usage. Representatives from Saigon Books introduced the company’s key publication categories, including skill development books, psychology titles, and specialized academic books, while also sharing their orientation toward developing content suitable for learners in the higher education environment.

INSPiRE Library also shared insights into users’ resource usage trends and its orientation for developing learning resources, thereby creating a foundation for both sides to explore potential areas of cooperation in the future. Discussions focused on collaboration in selecting appropriate materials, diversifying learning resources, and enhancing access to resources that support learning and research activities.

As part of the program, representatives from Saigon Books toured INSPiRE Library facilities to learn more about its organizational model, service methods, and learner support activities currently being implemented. The meeting was conducted in an open and collaborative atmosphere, with many potential cooperation proposals identified for future development.

Through this activity, TDTU INSPiRE Library continues to strengthen connections with reputable publishing organizations, contributing to the enhancement of learning resources and better meeting the learning and research needs of users in the context of ongoing innovation and international integration in higher education.
