On the morning of November 4, 2025, the delegation from the Archives and Library Department – People’s Police Academy (PPA) visited and worked with TDTU INSPiRE Library to exchange practical experiences in library operations and the application of new technologies in user services.
The delegation was led by Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Le Hong Hai – Head of the Archives and Library Department, PPA. Representing the INSPiRE Library to welcome and work with the delegation were Mr. Trinh Phi Cuong, M.A. – Acting Director of the Information and Library Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, M.A. – Deputy Director, and other library staff members.
During the program, the delegation toured the layout, spatial design, facilities, and equipment throughout the library building. At each area, TDTU library representatives provided detailed introductions on organizational and operational models, user management, space utilization, as well as the application of various technologies that support learning and research activities.
Following the tour, a working session took place at the Online Conference Room, featuring an in-depth exchange between the two institutions. During the meeting, representatives from TDTU Library shared insights on service development orientations, staff capacity building, collaboration activities with domestic and international libraries, and experiences in implementing new technologies to enhance learning, teaching, and research. Both sides also engaged in open discussions on information literacy training, community engagement among library users, and models for library development in the context of digital transformation.
The session took place in a friendly, open, and professional atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and knowledge exchange between two institutions that share a common vision for innovation in library operations. This visit strengthened mutual understanding and paved the way for future collaboration in research, digital transformation, and the development of modern, technology-driven library models.
